One – FEBRUARY IS OVER!!!

Two – The Atlanta Thrashers are 4 points out of 8th place.

Three – We really made some changes yesterday.

Four – We won our last game.

Excited to see the footwork of Rob Schremp and the power of Dvorak and see how these guys blend with the team. Rumor has it that Maxwell is going to be on the ice tonight as well.

Sopes, celebrating his 10-yr anniversary (Congrats!) will be back in the ATL after his recent trade.  Hopefully he will be mighty impressed with his old team. We had a big day Sunday, looking to keep it going.

The Atlanta Thrashers are currently behind the Toronto Maple Leafs, sitting in 11th place. The Maple Leafs are off tonight, allowing us to potentially take the lead. The Carolina Hurricanes are playing the Florida Panthers, and, at this point in time, I will be actively cheering for the recently beefed up Florida Panthers (and Niclas Bergors). The Buffalo Sabres are also playing tonight, playing the New York Rangers. We need the Sabres to lose and, well, we know the Atlanta Drill.

Ondrej Pavelec was not dressed for practice today, Chris Mason will be getting the start with

The lines for tonight’s game are enough to get my blood pumping:
Ladd/ Little/ Wheeler
Kane/ Stapleton/ Stewart
Dvorak/ Antropov/ Schremp
Boulton/ Maxwell/ Thorburn

I can’t decide which line excites me most!

To make any Thrasher fan smile, here is the latest tweet from Ben Wright, “There’s a buzz in the locker room today that I haven’t seen in a while. The guys are excited.”

Save the Thrashers
Keep the Thrashers
