Injury: Sports Hernia

Status: Injured Reserve

Slater has been the club’s longest-injured player, and hasn’t played a game since mid-October. He underwent surgery to repair a sports hernia, and his long recovery process began. Slater is now fully recovered from the injury itself, but now has to get his body back into playing shape, and his mind back on top of the game. Like Halischuk, he could be with the team when they resume practice in 10 days.

Possible Return Date: February 27th
