VIDEO: Jets' Dustin Byfuglien Hits Kings' Jake Muzzin Into Bench

The Winnipeg Jets couldn’t do many things right during their 3-1 loss to the Los Angeles Kings on Thursday night, but Dustin Byfuglien‘s body-check on Jake Muzzin was one of them.

Just as the game was getting underway, Byfuglien finished his check on the Kings’ defenseman along the wall, and Muzzin had an impromptu meeting with the rest of the Jets’ roster.

The 25-year old Muzzin wasn’t hurt too badly on the play, as he hopped back over the wall with a grin on his face.

Muzzin took quite a beating on Thursday, as he was stapled by Andrew Ladd on the very next shift, drawing a boarding penalty. He finished the game with 17:15 of TOI, two shots, and two hits of his own.
